First of all, Connie KNOWS HER BUSINESS. Not only was she on top of everything, quick to respond to our texts and calls, ahead of us anticipating our needs usually before we knew we had them, and jumping in/getting her hands dirty whenever needed…
…but her skill and knowledge saved us time, energy, headaches, and money. For sure. Without her help there were issues that came up before and during negotiations that we would not have understood properly, and that would have been very costly. So so grateful we decided to work with her. In the past, we had realtors that were fine. They did their job. But I can’t even tell you how many times Connie saved us from spinning our wheels or entertaining possibilities that would’ve proven worthless.
By the way, following her counsel for showings, we got multiple offers in the first three days of listing and basically sold our house in less than five days. Closing went without a hitch!
Even the buyer’s realtor commented to my husband about what a great realtor we have!! LOL I am 100% not exaggerating. If Connie is available when you need a realtor, you will be glad you have her the opportunity to represent you.
